Fredricka Ung is an associate at Russ August & Kabat, where she is a member of the firm's litigation and intellectual property departments.

Ms. Ung has represented clients in a variety of industries, including biotechnology, nanoclay technology, and digital signature and encryption technology.

Prior to joining Russ August & Kabat, Ms. Ung was an associate at an intellectual property boutique firm in Los Angeles, where her practice focused on intellectual property litigation at both the trial court and appellate court levels.

Ms. Ung is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the University of Minnesota Law Review. In 2010, she was selected for inclusion in Los Angeles Magazine's Southern California "Rising Stars" in intellectual property.
