Anthony Wu is an associate in the corporate & finance and mergers & acquisitions/private equity groups of Russ August & Kabat.
Prior to joining Russ August & Kabat, Anthony practiced as an in-house counsel for an asset management firm and as an associate in the corporate groups of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Dechert LLP. Anthony earned his law degree from Cornell Law School, where he served as Publishing Editor of the Cornell Law Review and received the CALI Award for Advanced Legal Research in Business Law. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science with a minor in Management Consulting from the University of Southern California.
