Tim Baumann is an associate at Russ August & Kabat, where he is a member of the firm’s trial, intellectual property, and litigation teams. Tim has represented a wide range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies to individuals—at all stages of litigation through trial and appeal. Prior to joining RAK, Tim served as a law clerk for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, and Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where he represented a broad range of corporate clients in litigation matters.
Tim received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and awarded Masin Family Excellence Awards (Gold and Silver). He also served as Submissions Editor for the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. Tim received his B.A. in Neuroscience from USC.
