In October, a team of Russ August & Kabat lawyers, led by Irene Lee, Marc Fenster and David Gabor resolved a matter involving a number of complex and novel issues for firm client Pinkberry. The resolution of the dispute allowed Pinkberry aggressively to move forward with its capitalization plan. In that regard, the Firm also provided advice to the company to secure a new investment of approximately $30 million to allow the company to grow from its present base in California and New York, into nation-wide operation.
