In October, a team of Russ August & Kabat lawyers, led by Irene Lee, Marc Fenster and David Gabor resolved a matter involving a number of complex and novel issues for firm client Pinkberry. The resolution of the dispute allowed Pinkberry aggressively to move forward with its capitalization plan.
