Russ August & Kabat proudly congratulates Partner Marc Fenster on being named to the Daily Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers in California for 2025, a well-deserved recognition. Published on September 17, the annual list honors the 100 most influential attorneys in California whose work has made a significant impact on the legal profession and society.
Mr. Fenster is Co-Chair of the Litigation Department and Chair of the Patent Litigation Department at RAK, which he founded in 2003. A first-chair trial lawyer, he is nationally recognized for his work in high-technology patent litigation. This year, RAK’s patent team, led by Mr. Fenster and Reza Mirzaie, racked up almost a billion dollars in jury trial wins.
