Russ August & Kabat lawyers Marc A. Fenster and Nathan D. Meyer secured a victory for James Giebeler, the inventor and patent-holder of an oil drilling patent, against his brother Norm’s claim that he owned half of the patent.
This victory occurred after a full trial before the San Bernardino Superior Court. Mr. Meyer delivered both the opening and closing arguments in this matter, in addition to taking testimony.
