Russ August & Kabat’s (RAK) patent trial team, led by Marc Fenster and Reza Mirzaie, won a dramatic and total victory on behalf of its client, MR Technologies, against hard drive giant Western Digital, which was represented by Latham & Watkins LLP. Fenster and Mirzaie were assisted by Dale Chang, Brian Ledahl, Matt Aichele, Jacob Buczko, Minna Chan, and Paul Kroeger.
