Russ August & Kabat attorneys Christine Shin, Lauren Geisser, and Dor Cohen represented Knowable in its sale to Medium. Knowable is an audio-based learning platform with funding from Andreesen Horowitz, Upfront, First Round and Initialized. Medium is an online publishing platform developed by Evan Williams, former co-founder of Twitter. Medium was originally founded in order to allow online users to publish writings longer than Twitter’s 140 character maximum. Read article.
