Alexandra has extensive litigation experience, including serving as counsel of record in over 100 federal court cases, 13 inter partes review proceedings, 10 International Trade Commission investigations, 9 appeals before the Federal Circuit, and multiple state court proceedings.

In 2017, Alexandra earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was one of six students selected to receive a full scholarship in recognition of academic achievement, commitment to civic duty, and leadership. During law school, Alexandra served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jane Boyle of the Northern District of Texas, was selected as a pupil in the Patrick E. Higginbotham Inn of Court, and served as Articles Editors for the International Law Review.

Prior to law school, Alexandra earned her M.A. and M.Ed. in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. She then went on to be employed as a jury and trial consultant for a number of years, where she assisted attorneys in identifying and preparing the most effective approach for trial. During her time as a consultant, she worked on multiple high-profile matters and led focus groups, mock trials, shadow juries, and jury selections.

Alexandra was recently recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a ’40 & Under’ Honoree and was named by Best Lawyers as ‘Ones to Watch’ for Commercial Litigation in both 2024 and 2025. In the intellectual property space, she has been named a Top Attorney for Federal Circuit Court of Appeals Cases and has been ranked as one of the ‘Most Active’ and ‘Best Performing ITC Attorneys’ by Patexia for several years running. Alexandra has also participated in a number of speaking engagements, including speaking with co-panelist David Kappos, former director of the USPTO, at the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel’s Winter Meeting.

Prior to joining Russ August & Kabat, Alexandra was a principal in McKool Smith’s Dallas office.
