Christina Meng is an associate in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions groups of Russ August & Kabat. Prior to joining Russ August & Kabat, she practiced at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where she focused on M&A, venture capital transactions and startup companies in various lifecycles. She earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, where she was a Business Law Fellow and Editor of the Loyola Entertainment Law Review. She received a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
