Jose Ortiz is an attorney at Russ August & Kabat, where he is a member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group. Jose focuses on advising private companies through every stage of the business life cycle. He represents clients in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, advises on equity and debt financing transactions, and provides strategic guidance on company formation, governance and general corporate matters.
Jose earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is licensed to practice law in California.
